Andreas Kleinbichler has lots of experience in the field of labor, company and business law, being a partner of Ragossnig&Partner (Graz-based legal company) since 2010. At HydroUnity he is responsible for all legal tasks.

Mathias Eisenhut studied Technical Chemistry at the Technical University of Graz focussing on renewable energy, electrochemistry and synthetic compounding strategies. After finishing his master studies, he worked at the institute for analytical and food chemistry (ACFC) and later started a PhD at the Institute for Chemistry and Technology of Materials (ICTM), where he first encountered the topic of SAPs. Before starting full time on the development of Hydrogels (2017), he worked for three other as an application engineer for all of them.

Heinz Ploder is the creative marketing specialist and the visionary in the team. After finishing his education, he worked a few years for big advertising agencies all over the world, before founding his own creative collective 2014 in Vienna. In 2017 he moved with his team to Graz and since then has become aware of HydroUnity QLabs’s endeavor.

Harald is the networker a young startup needs. Founding his first company at the age of 19, today he has multiple companies and experience in the field of web-marketing and e-commerce and a vast network catalyzing HYdroUnity’s growth potential.
